Responsibilities
- Manage the Clear-to-Build (CTB) process with suppliers and CMs, ensuring visibility to supply availability and inventory levels.
- Utilize materials and supply chain data to recommend supply chain strategies.
- Develop material strategies to optimize availability and minimize excess and obsolescence.
- Manage allocation strategies for constrained materials across factories and programs.
- Lead weekly materials reviews, presenting updates on material status and risks.
- Collaborate with global teams to drive supply chain readiness for new product introduction (NPI) programs.
- Support the implementation of supply chain systems for component tracking and inventory planning.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Supply Chain / Materials Planning role or related field.
- Experience in consumer electronics or hardware companies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with large datasets.
- In-depth knowledge of MRP and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to adapt and improve processes in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with Contract Manufacturers.
