Responsibilities
- Plan, document, and execute reliability testing for hardware products and accessories.
- Coordinate and review reliability testing activities with contract manufacturers and external labs.
- Develop and improve reliability test methods for evolving technologies.
- Support failure analysis and root cause investigations with cross-functional teams.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, reports, and documentation.
- Partner with various teams to integrate reliability considerations during product development.
- Analyze test data and communicate insights for data-driven design decisions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in hardware reliability, validation, or test engineering.
- Ability to design and execute reliability tests, defining stress conditions and metrics.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical, environmental, and electrical reliability programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in failure analysis.
- Ability to interpret test data and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry reliability standards and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
