• Establish reliability metrics and KPIs for product robustness and quality improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of hardware reliability engineers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage hardware reliability strategy with contract manufacturers for consistent quality.
• Provide hands-on leadership in reliability investigations and problem resolution.

• 10+ years in hardware reliability and validation, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Proven track record of executing reliability strategies that enhance product quality.
• Experience collaborating with contract manufacturers from NPI through mass production.
• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety compliance.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives to improve product quality.
