Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting upstream and downstream equipment operations
- Monitoring and maintaining existing equipment to ensure successful operations
- Maintaining and executing the Preventive Maintenance Program and offering process improvements
- Leading training initiatives on reliability improvements
- Supporting a dynamic operations team in FDA and USDA regulated environments
- Leading project efforts to support company-wide goals to scale cultivated meat
- Commissioning and validation of new equipment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (chemical, biochemical, mechanical)
- 5+ years of biotechnology, synthetic biology, or pharmaceutical experience
- Experience with various filtration and centrifuge technologies
- Excited to learn and improve processes
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and complex environments
- Ability to work with medium to large equipment
- Strong collaboration skills with multiple technical teams
