Responsibilities

  • Provide aircraft engineering support to line and check aircraft.
  • Review, evaluate, and resolve next steps on manufacturer bulletins and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare cost analysis on projects.
  • Investigate and provide decisions for non-conformances from maintenance incidents.
  • Conduct data extraction, normalization, and analysis.
  • Perform trend valuations across the fleet/stations.
  • Optimize processes and map out existing gaps and possible mitigations.

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 12 semester hours in core degree coursework.
  • Must be a rising junior when the internship begins.
  • Available for 10-12 weeks during Summer 2026.
  • Must be able to travel without restrictions.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Pay rate may differ based on student’s class standing.
