Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Platform Engineering organization from the ground up.
- Own the compute infrastructure platform strategy across commercial, CUI, and classified environments.
- Define and deliver the technical architecture for DoD Impact Level 5 and IL-6 accredited compute environments.
- Drive AI enablement infrastructure as the company’s top strategic priority.
- Lead the Systems Working Group for technology evaluation and standardization.
- Partner with engineering leadership and government customers to ensure infrastructure scalability.
- Represent infrastructure strategy to stakeholders including government customers and C-suite.
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or systems engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD at scale.
- Experience building and operating DoD Impact Level 5 or higher accredited environments.
- Proven track record of building engineering organizations in high-growth environments.
- Strong executive communication skills for representing infrastructure strategy.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or national security technology companies is preferred.
- Active U.S. Top Secret clearance required.
