Responsibilities
- Support the planning, setup, execution, and documentation of component- and system-level tests across mechanical, electrical, and environmental domains
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining test procedures, plans, reports, and data packages
- Execute test procedures, collect and validate test data, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Analyze test results, document anomalies, and support root cause investigations
- Coordinate with various teams to ensure tests align with verification and validation requirements
- Prepare for and participate in test readiness reviews and debriefs
- Maintain organized test documentation for internal and customer reviews
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Academic or project experience in a test, validation, or lab environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn test management tools
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Must be able to work full time on-site for 12 consecutive weeks
- Preferred: Completed Junior/Senior year, GPA of 3.5 or above, and exposure to environmental testing concepts
