Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, setup, execution, and documentation of component- and system-level tests across mechanical, electrical, and environmental domains
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining test procedures, plans, reports, and data packages
  • Execute test procedures, collect and validate test data, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Analyze test results, document anomalies, and support root cause investigations
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure tests align with verification and validation requirements
  • Prepare for and participate in test readiness reviews and debriefs
  • Maintain organized test documentation for internal and customer reviews

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Academic or project experience in a test, validation, or lab environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn test management tools
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Must be able to work full time on-site for 12 consecutive weeks
  • Preferred: Completed Junior/Senior year, GPA of 3.5 or above, and exposure to environmental testing concepts
