Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to identify and improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices.
  • Become a process owner by reviewing processes with attention to detail and recommending improvements.
  • Use specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately with limited supervision.
  • Develop tools and models to enhance tracking and efficiency.
  • Learn and promote continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PPI, Six Sigma).
  • Collaborate with other functions such as program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance.
  • Support business objectives through assigned projects.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate student pursuing an Engineering-related degree.
  • 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Native or proficient in English.
  • Ability to be onsite; not a remote opportunity.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional presence.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the specified country for a 12-month placement.
