Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to identify and improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices.
- Become a process owner by reviewing processes with attention to detail and recommending improvements.
- Use specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately with limited supervision.
- Develop tools and models to enhance tracking and efficiency.
- Learn and promote continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., PPI, Six Sigma).
- Collaborate with other functions such as program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance.
- Support business objectives through assigned projects.
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate student pursuing an Engineering-related degree.
- 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Native or proficient in English.
- Ability to be onsite; not a remote opportunity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong professional presence.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the specified country for a 12-month placement.
