Responsibilities
- Define and lead the global PCBA Value Engineering strategy.
- Establish governance models and KPIs for transparency and accountability.
- Develop a multi-year PCBA modernization roadmap.
- Build and manage a pipeline of Value Engineering initiatives.
- Lead a global team of electrical engineers in redesign and validation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business priorities.
- Identify and institutionalize enterprise-wide best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering or manufacturing environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- Expertise in PCBA design or manufacturing.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in business case development.
- Excellent executive communication skills.
- Familiarity with regulated industries and experience with PLM systems.
