Responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
  • Use data to improve overall fabrication processes.
  • Interface with design, process, test, reliability, and manufacturing engineering to solve product issues.
  • Develop process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields.
  • Manage new product introduction and production support engineering.
  • Collaborate with various teams to resolve yield performance issues.
  • Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and establish relationships with stakeholders.
  • Initiative and drive for results.
  • Strong time management skills for on-time project delivery.
