Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Use data to improve overall fabrication processes.
- Interface with design, process, test, reliability, and manufacturing engineering to solve product issues.
- Develop process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields.
- Manage new product introduction and production support engineering.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve yield performance issues.
- Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and establish relationships with stakeholders.
- Initiative and drive for results.
- Strong time management skills for on-time project delivery.
