Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end cross-functional programs for sensing products.
- Oversee upstream definition and downstream execution of product requirements.
- Lead software feature development using Agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with engineering leads to set goals and track deliverables.
- Drive communication of engineering requirements for material planning.
- Consolidate inputs for executive reviews, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Constantly improve processes for enhanced precision and dependability.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in product development, preferably in a medium-to-high volume industry.
- Strong understanding of complex development projects and critical elements.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally between engineering, production, and supply chain.
- Preferred experience in planning activities and vendor management in engineering.
- Individual contributor design engineering experience in electromechanical products preferred.
