Responsibilities
- Define, negotiate, and drive execution of project requirements for HV Battery pack programs
- Manage project timelines and ensure risk mitigation actions are in place
- Create presentations and data visualizations for executive decision-making
- Serve as the primary source of information regarding program status and risks
- Represent the Supply Chain organization in meetings with the Executive Team
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track program status and communicate key metrics
- Streamline program information visibility through tool development
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of project/program management or strategic supply chain experience
- Experience in a manufacturing organization preferred
- Superior analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
- Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders
- Experience in developing executive summaries and presentations
- Ability to identify business process issues and drive improvements
