Responsibilities
- Research, prototype, and design mechanical systems and components for Tesla vehicles and energy products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative, production-ready designs.
- Use advanced CAD tools to create, analyze, and optimize designs for performance and manufacturability.
- Support root cause analysis, testing, and validation of mechanical systems throughout the product lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement in design processes.
- Contribute to technical standards across the engineering team.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced skills with 3D CAD software (Catia, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Ability to build prototypes and proof-of-principle models.
- Strong creative problem-solving skills.
- Experience in collaborating with product designers.
- Knowledge of transitioning ideas to mass production.
