Responsibilities
- Full product design responsibility from concept through production launch.
- Complete 3D design of complex parts and assemblies.
- Advance product performance while reducing cost and mass.
- Develop new technologies and support early process development.
- Build prototypes and define specifications for parts and tests.
- Draft and release 2D part and assembly drawings.
- Support testing and analysis, including root cause analysis of failures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Any level of experience from new grad to seasoned engineer.
- Strong fundamentals in heat transfer, mechanics, and basic electronics.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD, with experience in 3DX being a plus.
- Detail-oriented with solid documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn quickly and iterate rapidly.
- Ability to collaborate under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
