Responsibilities
- Develop manufacturing methods and specify equipment for stator manufacturing processes.
- Create new highly automated manufacturing lines from concept to production.
- Optimize product flow and line efficiency while reducing capital expenditure and lead-time.
- Generate machine specifications, documentation, and manufacturing instructions.
- Conduct failure mode effects analysis and inspection methodology for new products.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.
- Collaborate with the Stator Engineering Design team for future product solutions.
Job Requirements
- Experience improving production processes using data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Proficiency with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
- Experience with automation systems and robotics controlled by PLCs.
- Strong hands-on experience with high-volume and pilot manufacturing.
- Proven track record of data-driven methodology for complex problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in project management and execution to ensure timely delivery.
