Responsibilities

  • Develop manufacturing methods and specify equipment for stator manufacturing processes.
  • Create new highly automated manufacturing lines from concept to production.
  • Optimize product flow and line efficiency while reducing capital expenditure and lead-time.
  • Generate machine specifications, documentation, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Conduct failure mode effects analysis and inspection methodology for new products.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction programs.
  • Collaborate with the Stator Engineering Design team for future product solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Experience improving production processes using data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software.
  • Experience with automation systems and robotics controlled by PLCs.
  • Strong hands-on experience with high-volume and pilot manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of data-driven methodology for complex problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in project management and execution to ensure timely delivery.
