Responsibilities
- Analyze vibration data to assess asset health and identify corrective actions.
- Provide technical support for in-plant and offsite repairs, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Conduct equipment installation, commissioning, inspection, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Drive the implementation of the preventative maintenance process to maximize uptime and asset life.
- Redesign existing equipment to meet reliability or production goals.
- Work with various types of rotating equipment such as blowers, pumps, and compressors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance equipment performance and availability.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of industry experience in rotating equipment engineering, preferably in manufacturing.
- Expertise in design and maintenance strategies for rotating equipment.
- Knowledge in vibration analysis categories I, II, & III.
- Experience in large scale turnaround or construction coordination.
- Background in site safety management systems.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software and excellent communication skills.
