Responsibilities
- Design and deploy specialized development equipment for battery products.
- Work with cross-functional teams to support and troubleshoot mechanical designs.
- Prepare 3D CAD models, detailed drawings, and mechanical BOMs.
- Support mechanical builds and production machinery.
- Collaborate with teams to develop Li-ion cell components from concept to production.
- Engage in research and experiments to advance knowledge of cell design principles.
- Assist in the implementation and scaling of battery cell manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with technical standards for machine design and safety.
- Basic knowledge of Lithium-ion battery design.
- Strong technical communication skills.
