Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Solar Design team to propose solutions for energy products.
- Develop manufacturing methods and select necessary equipment for commercialization.
- Oversee installation and ramp-up of manufacturing equipment.
- Support design, assembly, and debugging of equipment, including hardware selection.
- Develop and modify HMI screens for improved operator experience.
- Maintain and troubleshoot control systems, including PLC and industrial networks.
- Drive projects as needed by management or as business needs change.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with EPLAN software or Electrical AutoCAD.
- Experience programming PLCs and articulated robots.
- Practical skills with industrial electrical systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and familiarity with electrical code.
- Strong hands-on experience with high-volume manufacturing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
