Responsibilities
- Assist in process improvement for Tesla Energy Batteries.
- Support development and execution of Design of Experiments (DOEs).
- Engage in CAD modeling and fixturing.
- Troubleshoot controls and conduct issue analysis.
- Aid in data acquisition and operator training.
- Communicate effectively between engineering and production teams.
- Participate in the ramping of manufacturing equipment and processes.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field).
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Catia, etc.).
- Familiarity with PLC code programming.
- Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink for modeling.
- Understanding of lithium-ion battery technology and electrochemistry.
- First-principle physics knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
