Responsibilities
- Research and specify electrical test equipment to meet test requirements.
- Design schematics and layout for industrial electrical control panels.
- Develop test specifications and execution plans.
- Perform bench testing on electrical components.
- Implement reliable industrial safety systems for high voltage and mechanical hazards.
- Debug and optimize automated processes to improve efficiency.
- Characterize and validate equipment using statistical methods.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in controls/mechatronics/test/automation engineering.
- Exposure to electrical test equipment (e.g., power supplies, multimeters).
- Proficiency in reading and building schematics for machines or PCBAs.
- Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar software is a plus.
- Experience with high voltage machinery is a plus.
