Responsibilities
- Direct a team delivering design for new radioisotope production lines and cGMP facilities.
- Oversee engineering quality, project delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure application of correct design codes in facility and lab systems.
- Coordinate the assembly of technical packages for project design reviews.
- Ensure delivery against requirements for complex radiological operations.
- Communicate technical deliverable status and risks to project managers.
- Oversee acceptance testing and initial maintenance plan development.
Job Requirements
- 18+ years of experience in the nuclear or radiopharmaceutical industry.
- Extensive experience in engineering design and project delivery for nuclear facilities.
- At least 6 years in a technical management role.
- Knowledge of engineering codes relevant to nuclear and radiopharmaceutical facilities.
- Experience designing and managing commissioning of nuclear containment systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
