Responsibilities
- Plan and lead installation and sequencing of machines and tools to optimize production efficiency.
- Guide engineers in preparing engineering process documentation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop improvement plans for manufacturing methods.
- Analyze data on production performance to identify gaps.
- Research and recommend parts and maintenance tasks based on production needs.
- Assist engineers and team members in resolving product-level issues.
- Conduct periodic inspections of manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, etc.) that is ABET accredited.
- Prior project or leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical or industrial engineering principles in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in Solidworks or equivalent programs.
- Ability to problem-solve using statistical analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Hands-on experience with CNC equipment preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
