Responsibilities
- Establish digital operations and industrial controls for manufacturing facility startups.
- Automate new production equipment and enhance existing production equipment.
- Collaborate with Global Operational Technology teams on MES system applications.
- Partner with IT on digital operations and facility network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve industrial controls issues with manufacturing equipment.
- Provide hands-on support for field wiring and network communication.
- Research and implement new technologies related to automation controls and digital systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- Basic understanding of Functional and Object-Oriented programming.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial controls and programming PLC systems.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security.
- Ability to create electrical control schematics and network diagrams.
- Experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to support automated machines and control systems.
