Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Development, Construction, and Energy teams to implement electrical hardware and utility requirements.
  • Assist Technology team in determining hardware partners for charging sites.
  • Execute interoperability strategies for different EVSE partners.
  • Resolve hardware and electrical-related issues for fleet customers.
  • Engage in standards compliance and improvements for site efficiency.
  • Manage engineering outputs for multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Research and apply relevant building and electrical code requirements to site designs.

Job Requirements

  • Background in electrical engineering or power electronics.
  • 4+ years of experience in dense electrical infrastructure, particularly in EV charging.
  • Proficiency in developing Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs) using engineering software.
  • Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
  • Experience managing utility interconnection applications.
  • Preferred 2+ years in the EV ecosystem or related fields.
  • EIT status or a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
