Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to troubleshoot and solve problems on instrumentation.
- Design and develop test procedures and author engineering drawings.
- Support instrumentation changes on capital equipment testers.
- Interface with software and hardware engineering, and quality assurance to resolve complex customer problems.
- Develop, debug, and maintain large-scale software in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Collaborate across various teams to introduce new instrumentation.
- Optimize capital equipment and streamline development efforts.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science as a junior or higher.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.
- Software experience in MS Visual C/C++/C#.
- Self-starter with proficiency in MS-Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
