Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Hardware and System Engineers to design prototypes and mock-ups.
- Create custom electro-mechanical test fixtures for specific applications.
- Conduct hands-on verification of design requirements through testing and analysis.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Partner with suppliers for component sourcing and manufacturability.
- Participate in design reviews to ensure products meet specifications.
- Document all phases of design work, including testing results and changes.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in SolidWorks CAD software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Highly curious and motivated with a desire to learn.
- Experience in designing automation systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic electrical systems is a plus.
