Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop mechanical components and subsystems.
- Translate high-level requirements into design concepts with supporting engineering analysis.
- Perform basic structural and thermal analyses using hand calculations and FEA tools.
- Create and revise 3D models and 2D drawings using SOLIDWORKS and applying GD&T.
- Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
- Support prototype builds and functional testing under supervision.
- Work with suppliers to understand manufacturing constraints and refine designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- New college grads with Mechanical Engineering are welcome.
- SOLIDWORKS experience is required; SOLIDWORKS PDM is preferred.
- A curious mindset and proactive attitude; excited to take on new challenges.
- A solid foundation in mechanical design principles and GD&T.
- Clear communication and documentation skills, with a focus on teamwork and time management.
- Motivation to learn from experienced engineers and contribute ideas to the team.
