Responsibilities
- Track and analyze reliability metrics such as MTBUR and MTBF across product lines.
- Assist with failure trend analysis of field returns and root cause investigations.
- Prepare reliability reports, dashboards, and technical presentations with guidance.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve component-level issues.
- Support reliability predictions and FMECAs for new product development.
- Participate in corrective action efforts and MRB investigations.
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to develop reliability engineering skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in reliability engineering or related disciplines.
- Basic understanding of machine learning or AI-assisted analytics concepts.
- Exposure to structured and unstructured datasets.
- Strong interest in applying data and AI tools to reliability engineering.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. Person (includes U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees).
