Responsibilities
- Create, revise, and review drawings and 3D CAD Models using SolidWorks.
- Participate in manufacturing process optimization, proposing and documenting improvements.
- Implement AI to automate repetitive data processing tasks.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to troubleshoot production issues.
- Assist in the design and validation of test and manufacturing fixtures.
- Conduct validation testing, including data analysis and report generation.
- Gain hands-on experience with various manufacturing processes like brazing, welding, and soldering.
Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a junior or higher pursuing a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency in PC and Office software suites, and 3D modeling software (SolidWorks preferred).
- Knowledge or experience with AI is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work with precision hand tools.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Must be a "US Person" due to access restrictions.
