Responsibilities
- Track and analyze Global MTBUR and MTBF metrics across product lines.
- Generate monthly reliability reports including field return rates and defect trend analysis.
- Lead root cause investigations using reliability analysis tools.
- Develop and execute reliability plans for new electronic products.
- Respond to OEM and airline customer reliability inquiries with detailed analysis.
- Manage field returns database and ensure data integrity for trend analysis.
- Directly manage the Reliability Department Staff.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) with a minimum of five years of related experience.
- Strong familiarity with Reliability Root Cause Analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and functional knowledge of Microsoft Access.
- Ability to lead small teams and communicate program status to senior management.
- General knowledge of Thermal chamber and Vibration equipment is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Aerospace / Defense products and avionics industry standards is preferred.
- Must be a US Person and able to perform reliability engineering functions in a regulated industry.
