Responsibilities
- Specify, evaluate, and select electrical engineered and specialty equipment for operations and projects.
- Assist in preparing technical bids and proposal evaluations.
- Analyze designs of electrical systems including distribution and control systems.
- Support the Automation Team with plant PLC and DCS systems.
- Participate in Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and Management of Change processes.
- Review engineering contractors' designs for compliance with specifications.
- Prepare budgetary and AFE quality cost estimates.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 30% of the time.
- Passed EIT FE Exam (preferred).
- Ability to work in a plant environment and changing conditions.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
