Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot medium- and low-voltage electrical systems including substations and distribution panels.
- Provide technical support for motors, drives, heaters, and process equipment in resin production.
- Develop and maintain electrical documentation such as single-line diagrams and arc flash studies.
- Support electrical safety programs including NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical-related process issues impacting operations.
- Identify and implement preventive maintenance strategies for critical electrical assets.
- Lead or support capital projects involving electrical infrastructure and equipment upgrades.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably in chemical or resin/polymers.
- Working knowledge of industrial power distribution systems and electrical safety standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with hazardous area classifications is preferred.
- Experience supporting capital projects and contractor management is a plus.
