Responsibilities
- On-console control of launch ground systems
- Own launch readiness and console operations for test and launch campaigns
- Lead anomaly investigations and manage response for ground systems
- Develop and execute procedures and automation sequencing for ground systems
- Conduct data reviews and oversee launch readiness reviews
- Collaborate with vehicle software teams to architect launch automation
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and safety policies
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations engineering
- Strong engineering fundamentals across multiple disciplines
- Ability to troubleshoot and implement real-time solutions
- Experience with launch automation logic and software applications
- Knowledge of EHS policies and hazardous operations
- Bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar field
- Willingness to relocate and travel as needed
