Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and major inspections on turbine powered aircraft engines.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and modify aircraft components and engines.
- Work with hand-held and OEM tooling.
- Use torque wrenches and precise measuring tools.
- Observe safety, environmental, and housekeeping rules.
- Participate in on-the-job training with experienced mechanics.
- Complete documentation processes related to engine projects.
Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Experience using a variety of hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret dimensions and measurements accurately.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, crawl, and climb ladders to access difficult areas.
