Responsibilities
- Partner with aerospace engine mechanics to support MRO operations.
- Learn to perform routine maintenance and major inspections on turbine powered aircraft engines.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and modify aircraft components and engines.
- Use hand-held and OEM tooling for maintenance tasks.
- Observe safety, environmental, and housekeeping rules.
- Perform other duties as required by the department.
- Collaborate with experienced mechanics on various engine projects.
Job Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer knowledge is necessary.
- Proven mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret dimensions and measurements.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work in various positions.
