Responsibilities
- Design and implement physical layer (PHY) algorithms for satellite-based 4G/5G (LTE/NR).
- Develop optimized signal processing algorithms for resource-constrained CPUs.
- Create models and simulations to validate system performance.
- Design, implement, test, and document wireless PHY and MAC layers of the protocol stack.
- Identify and debug performance issues across wireless layers.
- Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Contribute to system dimensioning and algorithm design for next-generation hardware.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related STEM field.
- 1+ years of experience in wireless signal processing, communications, or similar areas.
- 1+ years of C/C++ or Matlab coding experience.
- Familiarity with 3GPP 4G/5G physical layer design and broadband OFDM waveforms.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
