Responsibilities
- Develop new methods or processes for quality and efficiency.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and supplier capabilities.
- Inform design for manufacturability (DFM) discussions with vendor feedback.
- Manage sourcing and cost management strategies for product development.
- Present value propositions to management regarding costs and supply issues.

Job Requirements
- Advanced degree with 3+ years or bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in engineering, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Technical knowledge in commodities related to manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage travel requirements.
