Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance within the Hardware and EEE Parts Reliability group.
- Drive resolution of Avionics EEE piece part reliability issues.
- Use reliability physics and statistics to assess risks and develop accelerated tests.
- Lead reliability test planning, methodology, and execution.
- Analyze failures from reliability testing and coordinate corrective actions.
- Advise on parts selection based on reliability and manufacturing processes.
- Execute testing campaigns to assess the reliability of hardware and components.
Job Requirements
- MS in Reliability Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor, package, and/or PCBA reliability.
- 5+ years of experience in reliability modeling methods and statistical analysis.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Experience with advanced packaging techniques and accelerated testing methods.
- Strong understanding of reliability statistics and PCB Design Analysis capabilities.
- Familiarity with FMEAs, Fault Tree Analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations.
