Responsibilities
- Develop and refine reliability programs to maximize equipment availability.
- Perform root cause analysis and fault tree analysis to mitigate failures.
- Design and integrate sensors for real-time performance monitoring.
- Own complex improvement projects from concept to commissioning.
- Define scope and requirements for new equipment installations.
- Implement maintenance and reliability Key Performance Indicators.
- Lead maintenance technicians in hands-on repairs and process refinements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, reliability, maintenance, or operations.
- 3+ years of experience in a maintenance/reliability engineering role preferred.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting control systems and machinery.
- Proficiency in reading equipment schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance principles.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
