Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and refine reliability programs for equipment availability.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and Fault Tree Analysis to mitigate failures.
- Design and integrate new sensors for real-time performance monitoring.
- Manage complex improvement projects from concept to commissioning.
- Define scope and requirements for new equipment installations.
- Implement maintenance and reliability Key Performance Indicators.
- Lead maintenance technicians in hands-on repairs of various systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, reliability, maintenance, or operations.
- 3+ years of experience in a maintenance/reliability engineering role preferred.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting equipment control systems and automation.
- Proficiency in reading equipment schematics and mechanical/electrical drawings.
- Familiarity with Reliability Centered Maintenance principles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
