Responsibilities
- Lead internal project teams and consult with engineers and contractors during MEP processes.
- Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and specifications during construction/maintenance.
- Verify maintenance completion and coordinate repairs for facility systems.
- Manage design, development, and documentation for aerospace and industrial projects.
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time.
- Prepare and coordinate capital expenditure processes for site projects.
- Respond to facility emergencies and manage readiness procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in MEP building systems design or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or engineering design software.
- Direct field experience with aerospace or industrial construction projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC operation and design principles.
- Experience with electrical and power distribution systems.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., National Electric Code, ASHRAE).
