Responsibilities
- Lead internal project teams and coordinate with engineers and contractors.
- Provide technical support to ensure compliance with all standards and codes.
- Verify maintenance and coordinate efforts for HVAC, electrical, and facility systems.
- Manage design, development, and documentation for aerospace projects.
- Resolve design and construction conflicts in real-time.
- Prepare and coordinate capital expenditure processes for site projects.
- Communicate maintenance activities and schedules effectively to all stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of professional experience with MEP building systems.
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or engineering design software.
- Direct field experience with aerospace or large commercial projects preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC operation and design principles.
- Familiarity with National Electric Code and other relevant codes.
- Ability to work in high-stress environments and provide on-call support.
