Responsibilities
- Generate and improve CAD, engineering drawings, and component specifications for vehicle reliability.
- Spearhead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for hardware issues.
- Develop reliable flow control devices, optimizing designs and processes.
- Safely implement component testing across multiple sites.
- Set standards for component design and qualification testing.
- Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and testing teams for high-quality components.
- Lead and coordinate team efforts, motivating peers to achieve project goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics.
- 1+ years of experience in mechanical systems design and analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving enthusiasm.
- Project management skills and effective communication abilities.
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems and fluid dynamics.
- Knowledge of electro-mechanical devices and control systems.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
