Responsibilities
- Develop integration, manufacturing, and test processes for flown Merlin engines.
- Own critical flight hardware, systems, and/or processes.
- Implement and maintain rigorous hardware verification and validation processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to process flown M1D hardware.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and develop hardware/software modifications.
- Manage engine fleet configuration with design improvements.
- Support engine test and flight operations and perform post-operation data review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of hardware experience in fabrication, assembly, and/or testing.
- Experience with liquid rocket engine development and/or fluid components.
- Familiarity with manufacturing techniques and equipment.
- Proficient in NX or other solid modeling software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
