Responsibilities
- Develop integration, manufacturing, and test processes for flown Merlin engines.
- Own critical flight hardware, systems, and processes.
- Implement and maintain hardware verification and validation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to process flown M1D hardware.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and develop hardware/software modifications.
- Manage engine fleet configuration as design improvements are implemented.
- Support engine test and flight operations, and perform post-operation data review.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of hardware experience in fabrication, assembly, or testing.
- Experience with liquid rocket engine development or pressurized fluid components.
- Familiarity with manufacturing techniques and equipment.
- Proficiency in NX or other solid modeling software.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
