Responsibilities
- Build and manage a team for spacecraft hardware production and flight.
- Drive multiple active programs and ensure architectural decisions are made effectively.
- Address critical program issues with the team.
- Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for engineering capabilities.
- Coach and develop future leaders in program management.
- Establish a strong engineering culture for innovation and risk-taking.
- Create resource plans and accurate sales forecasts for program success.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics.
- 10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in aerospace.
- Active Top-Secret SCI or DOE Level Q clearance.
- Strong ability to collaborate with engineering disciplines.
- 15+ years of experience in spacecraft engineering and government contracts.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
