Responsibilities
- Build and manage a team delivering spacecraft hardware through production and flight.
- Drive multiple programs to ensure timely execution and architectural integrity.
- Address critical program issues to maintain progress.
- Develop and maintain a technical roadmap for the engineering team.
- Coach and develop future leaders in program management.
- Establish a strong engineering culture for innovation and collaboration.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and comprehensive budgets for program development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics.
- 10+ years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- 5+ years of technical project management experience in aerospace.
- Active Top-Secret SCI or DOE Level Q clearance.
- Strong partnership skills with other engineering disciplines.
- 15+ years of professional experience in spacecraft engineering and government systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
