Responsibilities
- Develop and certify human spaceflight vehicles and systems for lunar/Mars missions.
- Collaborate with SpaceX and customer teams to ensure mission success.
- Drive readiness of vehicles, cargo, and crew in coordination with engineering and operations.
- Present technical content to various audiences and coordinate customer forums and reviews.
- Guide technical development of Starship product lines for customer contracts.
- Manage execution of sub-contracts and improve program management processes.
- Ensure regulatory coordination for missions and manage program schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or science.
- 5+ years of industry experience and technical project management experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with hardware or software projects.
- Excellent communication skills and experience negotiating technical deliverables.
- Strong knowledge in engineering subsystems (e.g., avionics, propulsion).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
