Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to develop and certify human spaceflight vehicles and systems.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure end-to-end mission success.
- Drive readiness of vehicles, cargo, and crew while recognizing impacts of changes.
- Summarize technical content on complex designs and present to various audiences.
- Coordinate customer forums and manage deliverables and payment milestones.
- Guide technical development of Starship product lines for customer contracts.
- Manage execution of sub-contracts and improve program management processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or science.
- 5+ years of industry and technical project management experience.
- 4+ years working hands-on with hardware or software projects.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in negotiating technical deliverables.
- Significant technical knowledge in engineering subsystems (e.g., avionics, propulsion).
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding start-up atmosphere.
