Responsibilities
- Develop and certify human spaceflight vehicles and systems for lunar and Mars missions.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure mission success.
- Drive readiness of vehicles, cargo, and crew, considering changes and risks.
- Present technical content to various audiences.
- Coordinate customer forums and ensure timely deliverables.
- Guide technical development for Starship product lines.
- Manage execution of sub-contracts and develop program management processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or science.
- 5+ years of industry experience and technical project management.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with hardware or software projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Significant technical knowledge in engineering subsystems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
