Responsibilities
- Key technical leader in all phases of development from initial proposal to mission execution.
- Ensure contract deliverables are completed on-time and meet customer expectations.
- Serve as the customer interface to develop interface requirements and test plans.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success.
- Support all phases of the program, including educating customers on designs and methodologies.
- Analyze various engineering solutions to meet mission needs.
- Lead system trades and support operational concepts and interfaces development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in the aerospace or space industry.
- 2+ years of technical project management and system-level engineering experience.
- Previous experience with product design, development, integration, and/or testing.
- Master’s degree in an engineering discipline (preferred).
- 3+ years of technical project management experience with US government or commercial spacecraft entities (preferred).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
