Responsibilities
- Own mechanical engineering work packages for production site, focusing on large mechanisms.
- Design multidisciplinary projects from feasibility studies to construction completion.
- Perform engineering analyses and calculations using standard methodologies.
- Create mechanism design drawings and presentations.
- Estimate material quantities, schedules, and costs for construction.
- Manage construction contracts and project control tasks.
- Promote job site safety and ensure adherence to safety policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with mechanical systems.
- 2+ years of construction or manufacturing design experience preferred.
- Experience with fluid dynamics and finite element analysis.
- Proficiency in CAD and PLM software, such as Unigraphics NX.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in extreme outdoor environments and at elevated heights.
