Responsibilities
- Design and implement electro-mechanical assembly and test processes.
- Collaborate with the mechanical design team for manufacturability.
- Lead prototype builds and ensure production milestones are met.
- Ensure manufacturing systems meet high volume, cost, and quality targets.
- Lead facilities development and material flow definition.
- Identify and implement tooling and automation requirements.
- Work with resources or vendors to develop production solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in high volume commercial or automotive manufacturing.
- Ability to define production data requirements and SPC.
- Experience with automation in production processes.
- Familiarity with NX and Teamcenter software.
- Understanding of ERP, MRP, and MES systems.
