Responsibilities
- Create test stand, equipment, and process concepts.
- Create fabrication drawings, wiring schematics, and instrumentation lists.
- Design and analyze structures, fluid systems, and mechanisms.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for efficient manufacturing.
- Supervise integration of test stands and equipment.
- Operate test stands with attention to detail.
- Develop manufacturing processes and write technical instructions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
- 1+ years of experience as a test or manufacturing engineer.
- Hands-on advanced composites manufacturing experience.
- Experience with NX/Unigraphics and Teamcenter CAD.
- Expertise in transitioning products from prototype to volume production.
- Experience with process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
- Validation testing experience for composite structures.
