Responsibilities
- Provide team leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance within the Hardware and EEE Parts Reliability group.
- Guide EEE Component reviews and reliability campaigns.
- Support and execute quick decisions and oversee failure analysis for reliability issues.
- Execute reliability modeling and risk assessments for EEE Component issues impacting hardware.
- Interface with manufacturing and design engineers to understand EEE components in application.
- Assist Responsible Engineers in developing qualification strategies and ensure project closure and approval.
- Coordinate and support PCB Librarian team activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor and/or PCBA hardware reliability engineering.
- 3+ years of predictive modeling experience.
- Excellent understanding of accelerated testing methods and physics of failure.
- Familiarity with reliability and quality specifications (IPC and JEDEC).
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with teams.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership/mentoring role.
