Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and build systems for rocket launches and testing.
- Manage projects from design reviews to equipment procurement and construction.
- Apply interdisciplinary engineering skills in system-level design and analysis.
- Collaborate with technicians to build designs and solve real-world problems.
- Maintain communication with operation and construction teams to adapt plans as needed.
- Troubleshoot and commission equipment to meet design objectives.
- Provide innovative solutions independently or with minimal supervision.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, aerospace engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of hands-on build or design experience (internships included).
- Strong problem-solving skills in time-critical situations.
- Collaborative, self-motivated team player with attention to detail.
- Experience with fluid and structural/mechanical systems is a plus.
- Ability to work in demanding environments and respond to emergencies.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
