Responsibilities
- Design high-level vehicle assembly architecture
- Manage vehicle integration build flow and test operations
- Evaluate proposed designs for manufacturability and integration
- Interface with engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing and automation
- Develop and refine manufacturing assembly procedures
- Enable day-to-day execution of the vehicle integration and test flow
- Evaluate non-conformances to determine root cause and create actionable items
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or related field
- 1+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, design, test, or development
- Master's degree in an engineering discipline preferred
- Experience with CAD software packages
- Experience with integration and testing of propulsion, thermal, electrical, and/or structural systems
- Documentation and configuration management experience
- Ability to pass Air Force background checks and work in hands-on environments
